Laguardia
- Journey from Castile to the hilltop town of Laguardia, overlooking romantic La Rioja wine country. Before you reach La Rioja, visit one of the wineries along The Golden Mile. Enjoy wine tasting at Abadía Retuerta, a bodega housed in a 12th-century abbey. The special combination of the soil and climate along The Golden Mile, which sits on a stretch of the Duero River, create ideal conditions for wine growing. Continue to Burgos for a visit to the old town and the Gothic cathedral. Embark on a guided tour and tasting of La Rioja wines at the legendary Herederos del Marqués de Riscal winery in Elciego. Then return to Laguardia to explore this charming town. Step inside the 13th-century walls of Laguardia. Visit the church of Santa Maria de Los Reyes with its splendid, well-preserved Gothic portico, the Plaza Mayor and a honeycomb of historic wine bodegas hidden 20 feet underground.

3237 Irving Ave.
- This was my first home purchase. It was located at 3237 Irving Ave. S. in Uptown/ Minneapolis Mn. I had 5 roommates and 3 dogs. We lived there for almost 3 years, until the real estate market hit an all time high. In that short time the price of the home was almost doubled.

- This was my second home to renovate, located at 3512 20th Ave. S. in South Minneapolis, Mn.
3 Bedroom Duplex (upper)
- This was my first home to fully renovate. There were 3100sqft and the project took almost 4 years. When it was purchased the alley had been removed and there was no access to the basement garage. I turned that into a separate apartment. The main home was gutted and I drew up new plans for a carriage house, which was build by the new owners in 2005.

1 Astor Pl
- In 2008 I moved down 70 blocks into Greenwich Village. It's a bit cheaper and much smaller! All and all a great move. Now on Broadway and NRQW & 6 trains, it's been much more convenient. Not to mention a 24 hour doorman makes everything easier.
