This was my first home purchase. It was located at 3237 Irving Ave. S. in Uptown/ Minneapolis Mn. I had 5 roommates and 3 dogs. We lived there for almost 3 years, until the real estate market hit an all time high. In that short time the price of the home was almost doubled.
