This was my first home to fully renovate. There were 3100sqft and the project took almost 4 years. When it was purchased the alley had been removed and there was no access to the basement garage. I turned that into a separate apartment. The main home was gutted and I drew up new plans for a carriage house, which was build by the new owners in 2005.
